Our Services
Professional additive manufacturing from prototype to production
Rapid Prototyping
Speed is everything in the design cycle. We produce high-fidelity prototypes that let you validate form, fit, and function — typically within 2–5 business days depending on part complexity and quantity.
- Same-week turnaround available
- Multiple iterations supported
- Design feedback included
- Low minimum order quantities
Production Runs
When you need more than a handful of parts, our production service delivers consistent quality at scale. Each batch is inspected for dimensional accuracy before shipping.
- 10 to 500+ unit runs
- Consistent layer height and infill
- Batch QC inspection
- Volume pricing available
Custom Parts
Every project is different. Whether you need flexible TPU gaskets, high-temperature ABS housings, or translucent PETG components, we select the right material and process for your unique application.
- Material consulting included
- Special finish options
- Multi-material assemblies
- Post-processing support
Design Consultation
Not sure if your model is print-ready? Our team will review your STL for common issues — non-manifold geometry, thin walls, unsupported overhangs — and suggest optimizations before we print.
- DFM (design for manufacturing) review
- File repair service
- Orientation & support planning
- Cost optimization recommendations
Materials We Work With
FDM-grade materials for every application
Polylactic Acid
Easy to print, low warp, excellent detail. Ideal for visual prototypes, display models, and low-stress parts.
Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol
Excellent impact resistance, semi-translucent options, food-safe grades. Great balance of strength, flexibility, and printability.
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene
Heat resistant, machinable, acetone-smoothable finish. Used in automotive, electronic enclosures, and engineering applications.
Thermoplastic Polyurethane
Flexible, rubber-like durability. Perfect for gaskets, grips, vibration dampeners, and wearable parts that require flex and abrasion resistance.
